Refund policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 5 business days following payment confirmation. No shipments are made on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Deliveries are carried out by third-party carriers selected by the company. The estimated delivery time within Canada is 7 to 15 business days. These timeframes are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a contractual guarantee.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, volume, destination, and selected delivery method. These fees are clearly indicated at the time of checkout. The company reserves the right to modify its shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
4. Transfer of Risk
The risk of loss and damage to the products transfers to the customer at the time the package is handed over to the carrier. The company shall not be held responsible for any damage occurring during transport, except as otherwise provided by applicable law.
5. Product Packaging
Given the fragile nature of tableware items, the company undertakes to use appropriate and secure packaging methods to minimize the risk of damage during transport.
6. Non-Conforming Products
The customer is required to verify the conformity of the products upon receipt.
In the event of a non-conforming product, the customer must:
- Notify the company within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt,
- Provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Subject to verification, the company may, at its discretion, issue a refund or a store credit.
7. Accuracy of Delivery Information
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. The company declines all responsibility for delays, loss, or misdelivery resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information.
8. Delivery Delays
The company shall not be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, force majeure, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
9. Shipment Tracking
A tracking number is provided to the customer once the order has been shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment with the carrier, if necessary.
